Buyer pays for the ride,

and it starts at 8.88 for shipping/handling and shipping insurance, and it goes up by weight and distance.

I do use pirate ship, I ship from home and I drop off boxes at the post office or have USPS come and do pick-ups.

Shipping Updates

I am currently shipping out orders in 3-5 business days from the day of payment on my sales threads/claim threads and 2 business days on the items existing in my Etsy shop.

I try my best to keep everyone updated on the process! I always try and send a picture of the label on the box as well!

Example: Ordered on a Friday, I will try to my very best to have your order at the post office by the next Thursday.

Please allow up to 5 business days for shipping to update from the first shipping notification especially during gifting holidays. Thank you!

Payment options

I prefer to invoice through PayPal and all I need is your email, even if you don’t have a PayPal you can check out as a guest with any debit or credit card.

I also accept Venmo G/S, Cashapp, Zelle, FB Pay, or make a custom listing for you on Etsy for an additional fee or on my website.

CLAIMING

When claiming an item/items it’s super important for you to screenshot your claims right away and let me know if you are finished or waiting around the see what’s still being uploaded. Sometimes fb and my comments don’t load for me. First one to send me the screenshot that shows me that they are first, gets the item!

Please only claim if you can pay within 12 hours of receiving the invoice but invoice is due upon receiving it.

GHOSTING CLAIMS OR WINNING BIDS ON AUCTIONS

Please understand that when you claim something, another person might see that and assume it’s sold.

When you claim items or bid in my auctions, you are committing to purchasing said items. Please do not claim or bid if you are unable to pay your invoice within 12 hours of receiving the invoice/payment request or if you are sending the payment.

If there was another claimer or bidder after 12 hours it will get past onto them. Ghosting a claim with a small business is not like leaving items in your virtual shopping cart on the internet.

Communication is key!

AUCTIONS

Winning bid will never include shipping costs. Payment is due within 12 hours after the end of auction. By bidding, you are committing to the auction.

Please understand I will treat a ghosted bid the same way as a ghosted invoice which is by removing you from my groups. I know that sounds harsh but I’ve had at least close to a hundred people ghost me on claims in the past two years.

Payment Plans

(Existing payment plans are due in the minimum amount weekly. At least one payment must be made on a weekly basis to keep the item/item or a refund and a cancelation of the invoice may occur)

Open baskets

If you have purchased from me 5 or more separate times before, I can offer a monthly open basket. I hold your basket open for 30 days, you add to it and pay for your claims upon claiming them. Then after the 30 days, you will receive an invoice for shipping.

Shipment Arrived Broken

First off, I am terribly sorry and it is so unfortunate. I really try to pack everything to safety.

Every order has shipping insurance that is added on to the purchase of the shipping label through pirate-ship. Please CAREFULLY take pictures of the inside, outside of the box, the shipping label, wrapping materials and all the broken contents. Please message me within 3 DAYS of receiving your items, I will not process a refund for a package that has been marked delivered for 14 days or more.

I use pirate ships shipping insurance provider for my claims and don’t even bother with the USPS $100 dollar insurance. In my experience, they can sometimes take months to process refunds, and want you to sometimes bring the broken items down to the post office where they “inspect” it, not only is that dangerous, it’s time consuming! Where as pirate ship usually takes up to 10

business days to process the refund. Max.(Please keep broken items and the box until the refund has been processed) I ask that you pretty please give me up to two weeks to process your refund and I will stay in contact with you through the process.

Animals Skulls

MysticNFireCrafts/The Candle Lit Castle can not be held responsible for what you choose to do with your skulls after receiving them. Further degreasing/whitening could possibly/potentially damage the skull/skulls or bones,

especially older skulls and bones, please understand no refunds or exchanges will be given if you do take the route of cleaning them which ends up with them being damaged in any way shape or form.

BUGS! Bugs may be hidden inside parts of the skulls. I do apologize and try to keep a look out for them but bugs will be bugs!

You buy it, it’s yours!

I do not accept returns or refunds for buyers remorse/buyers regret, if you have paid for the item and it has shipped already you must wait for it arrive to you, and if you wish to return the item/items, pretty please understand that you have to pay to ship the items back to me, no credit will applied for the shipping fee back to me, and that the item/items must return to me in the condition that I sent them in, (if I recieve a broken item/items, they will be deducted from the refund total, but if everything comes back to me in the condition I sent them in, then I can process a refund on invoice total, no more or no less.

Purchase Of Cold Packs & Thermal Bubble Wrap & Shipping Candles in Summer

In the summer packages that contain candles MUST BE SHIPPED PRIORITY & NOT GROUND, and I will only ship

Monday-Tuesday- Wednesday to avoid having your candles/waxmelts sit in a hot truck or warehouse over the weekend

You may purchase thermal bubble wrap and cold packs for an additional charge. +$6.50 for two ice packs and thermal bubble wrap.

Please know that this is an extra layer of protection for your candles/wax melts to come in good condition and not melted. Please know that I can not replace melted candles/wax melts that have melted in transit, they are ways to fix a melted candle and you may reach out to me to figure something out. However, if you DO purchase the extra layer of protection, and your candles/wax melts come in unsatisfactory conditions you are eligible for a refund or a replacement depending on inventory.

Boxes & Animals

Big dogs and even sometimes cats, like to tear up boxes! MysticNFireCrafts can not be held responsible for packages after delivery. Thank you for understanding.

Candle Care Cards

All candles are fire hazards. All toppings/dressing must be removed before lighting. (crystals, herbs ect, all materials must be removed) Please read through your care cards carefully and follow the instructions. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR CANDLE

Make sure to blow out candles before leaving the house. Never leave lit candles where children or animals can get to them. Never burn your candle for longer than 2-3 hours. Keep away flammable material and burn it on a fire proof service. Always keep a very close eye on your little fire friend!

My Crystal Is Not Doing That Thing

Please know that the metaphysical properties and meanings of crystals are not facts or guarantees. I can not make a crystal bring abundance, good luck or peace to you.

By purchasing from MysticNFireCrafts/The Candle Lit Castle, you agree that I can not give you a refund if the crystal you purchased is not working in your favor. Thank you for your kind understanding.

Antique & Vintage items

I do as much research as I can on my items. Please know that I will not sell an item as antique if I’m not 100% sure it is. You’ll see items labeled as “old or vintage” when I can tell that they are at least that.
